the reviews don’t lie y’all. it really is worth the hype. visiting for the first time from michigan and the service was exceptional, speedy food to table, clean environment, aesthetics, everything. Wherever i travel to i always tend to seek for a good korean restaurant and i would gladly recommend this place in alpharetta. Wish i would’ve gotten my servers name, as she cared and attended to our table like a mom she was so sweet and had so much love to share. Please try to visit if you’re able!
As always, I forget to take photos when the food to great! SO, I’ve been to Seoul at least 20 times when I was living in Shanghai 10+ years ago, I do know when a Korean restaurant stands out. And, Jang Su Jang is one of those places that stand out for so many reasons, 1. Banchan Abundant, high-quality, and bottomless! 2. Dishes We ordered the pork belly, rib eye, japchae, seafood pancake, and cheese corn! Let me tell you - with these dishes, they can do well even in Seoul. And it beats so many Korean restaurants in NYC! 3. Service Beyond great! Everybody was so friendly and super attentive. You gotta go try it out for yourself if you haven’t already! A true 5 out of 5!

I recently visited Jang Su Jang in Alpharetta (the one in City Center on Milton Ave) and it quickly jumped to the top of my list for Korean food in the area. From the moment we walked in, the modern yet welcoming ambiance set the perfect tone—clean, comfortable, and great for both date nights and family dinners.adfebc We went all-in on the Korean BBQ and it did not disappoint. The LA Galbi was tender, juicy, and perfectly marinated with that ideal sweet-savory balance (the subtle honey note really shines). The short ribs grilled up beautifully at the table with that amazing smoky char. We also ordered the bulgogi, which was thinly sliced and full of flavor, and some spicy pork belly that brought just the right heat. The banchan sides were fresh, generous, and varied—especially the kimchi, which was perfectly balanced and not overly salty.1b5194 Service was attentive and friendly without being overbearing. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and happily helped with recommendations. Everything came out hot and timely, and the staff even checked in to make sure our grill was going well. Portions are solid, especially when sharing family-style, and the overall value is excellent for the quality. Whether you're a Korean food regular or trying it for the first time, this place delivers that authentic, comforting experience with bold flavors and great execution.
